Mashed potato ingredients list:
Potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/3 cups whole milk
5 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
7 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened, plus more to serve
1/4 cup sour cream, optional
2 Tbsp chives, to garnish

Boil potatoes, then peel and mash. Add garlic, salt, butter and cream. Mix them well and sprinkle chives on top.

Simple! Serve and enjoy.
