ভেজিটেবল চিজ ডিনার রোল VEGETABLE CHEESE DINNER ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:
VEGETABLE CHEESE DINNER ROLLS
All-purpose flour
Dried yeast
Sugar
Whisked eggs
Unsalted butter
Warm milk
Salt

Baking: 25-32 minutes
Oven temperature: 180C

How to make cheese rolls?
Step One. Take a mixing bowl, and all the ingredients to make a good dough. You may use your hand to make your dough or electric appliance. Leave in a place for 2 hours. If you place in a cold place, the dough may long time to activate.

Step Two. Take some cooking oil in a pan, add onions and fry till it turns to brown. Then add all vegetables and stir briefly. Add flour and mix well, pour some milk and mix again. Cook the pan content over medium heat. Cool down.

Step Three. Take your dough and sift some flour on a surface. Give them a ball shape. And divide them into 10-11 pieces and shape into balls.

Step Four. Make each ball into small flattened chapati type shaped. Add filling at the edge with some cheese and roll like spring rolls.

Step Five. Once you made all of the rest for half an hour in a warm place. Then place them on a baking tray and brush with either cold milk or egg or both.

Step Six. Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once baked, leave it in the oven to cool down a bit. Take out and brush with butter and let it cool.
You may serve as it is if you do not want to eat cooled rolls. You can also reheat if it gets very cold.
