Quality:
Each and every product have listed in my website is either tested by myself or has or had to experience. Hence I can say, if I do not like something, I won’t put it on my site. I do not take any responsibility for my affiliated products you buy from a third party website.

Shipping:
The postage cost within the United Kingdom (mainlands only) is £2.99. I dispatch all products in the UK in second class recorded postage. The postage cost in each product will be used for envelope purchasing, postage, handling, and petrol to drive to my local post office.

Shipping to Overseas:
I ship products to the European and North American countries. However, the shipping cost will be greater since I will be sending the package ? with registered post and there may/may not be a customs charge. In case of customs charge, the buyer is responsible to pay their countries specified customs cost and I do not take any liability to pay. If the buyer decline to receive the item because there was a customs charge imposed, I will deduct the postage cost. If you are in doubt ?‍♂️ please contact me before purchasing.

Phytosanitary Certificate
Some countries may request a Phytosanitary Certificate. Since Labony Kitchen is not a business and all seeds have grown in my garden, unfortunately, I am unable to provide you such a certificate. So, please purchase at your own risk.

Returns:
I accept returns within 7 days of the product delivery, provided the product has not been used and packaging off course in good order.
A refund will be provided upon inspection by myself. Please note if the product isn’t in an acceptable condition, unfortunately, I will not be able to refund your money.

Buying from a third-party partner:
There are some products that I have listed in my shop which belong to my third-party partner site. If you buy from this shop, I get a little percentage of the sale as a commission. I do not take any responsibility should you have any issues with your purchase. I would recommend you to deal with the merchant directly should you raise any concern or issue.
