How to Cook Restaurant Style Tandoori Chicken?

Cooking Indian Restaurant Style Tandoori Chicken

Serving: 3-5 People (Depending on how hungry you are)
Cooking Time: 45 minutes to 1 Hour
Marinated time: 8-24 Hours (overnight is better)

Ingredients List:


Chicken Legs any size x 5
Mint, Onions, Coriander Leaves and Chillies Paste – 1 Cup (All fresh)
Natural Yogurt – 1.5 Table Spoon
Ginger Paste – 1 Table Spoon
Garlic Paste – 1/2 Table Spoon
White Pepper Powder – 1/2 Table Spoon
Cloves Powder – 1/2 Table Spoon
Black Pepper – 1/2 Table Spoon
Cumin Seeds Powder – 1 Table Spoon (Fried)
Paprika Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Dried Chilli Flakes – 1 Table Spoon
Dried Chilli Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Salt as Required
Fresh Lemon Juice – 1.5 Table Spoon
Tandoori Masala – 2 Table Spoon
Restaurant Food Colour – 1/2 Table Spoon (or any red colour)
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 Table Spoon
Oregano – 1 Table Spoon

Cooking:


1. Place chicken legs into a bowl and Coriander Leaves, Mint, Onions and Chillies Paste – 1 Cup (All fresh and as shown in the video).
2. Add all the ingredients and spices on the chicken legs and then mix thoroughly.
3. Cover the bowl with a cling film and rest in the fridge for the desired hours.
4. Flame the oven to 240 degrees pre-heat and place the marinated chicken in the oven by covering the bowl with an aluminium foil.
5. Cook for 45-60 minutes.
And Serve!

Panini Sandwich or Panino is a type of grilled sandwich which is made using bread that is not typically sliced.

Baguette, Michetta and Ciabatta bread types are used to make Panini. This is a delicious, food that mainly consumed as either snacks or lunch. In England, it is one of the popular types of sandwich; both children and adult love them.
This is yummy and absolutely easy to make.

Ingredients


2 x Bread (sliced horizontally in the middle)
50 Grams of Mozzarella Cheese
1 x Tandoori Chicken Leg
10 Leaves Baby Spinach
1/4 Medium Sized Onions Ring
Extra Virgin Spray oil (as required)
Mayonnaise (as required)
Tomatoes (as required)
20 Grams Low Fat Butter



Panini Making Method


1. Lightly spray cooking oil on the top of the bread and bottom if you wish, then spread the butter very well inside.
2. Place tandoori chicken on the bread and then add all other ingredients one by one.
3. To prepare the grill machine, lightly spray some cooking oil on both parts and then adding the whole bread and press lightly.
3. 5 Minutes each bread that we require.

Home Made Chanachur Making / ঘরে তৈরি চানাচুর / How to Make Bombay Mix

Welcome to Labony Kitchen. Today, I am going to make a very popular Bangladeshi snack. I am going to share with you how to make Chanachur in our very own home. It is a very simple recipe and I am making Chanachur without any kind professional equipment.

Let’s get started.

I am cooking Chanachur in few steps and I am going through them one by one.

The first step, I am taking a bowl and a cup of besson.

Now, I am adding some salt (to taste), some dry chilli powder and turmeric powder, then I am going to mix them well.

If we find any lumpy ball in our Besson, we have to break them so that the content becomes quite smooth.

Check out this Whole Foods Online Ltd. Bombay Mix (Mild) 1 Kg.

Once done, I am taking one cup of water, but adding very slowly; or else the Besson mix will generate too many bubbles.

When our batter is done, rest it for five minutes.

In a pan, I am taking a generous amount of extra virgin cooking oil.

When oil becomes hot, I am making the small one-inch sized shemai and fry them well.
Once small-sized shemai are fried, I am making another batter for large and thick-sized shemai. We will fry them as before.

Now, as instructed in the video, I am going to fry the bundi and prepare the spices.

Then, mix everything together.

That’s it!

Welcome to my channel. Today, I am going to share with you one of my favourite cooking. And it is no other than garlic mashed. Yes, friend, it is রসুন ভর্তা.

To cook my garlic mashed, I would require the following ingredients:

Chopped Onions
Chopped Finger Chilies
Fresh Chopped Coriander
Dry Chilies
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mustard Oil
And Garlic Of Course!

Now, we know what we need to cook our রসুন ভর্তা, let’s get started our cooking.
As you can see in the video, I have extracted all the garlic cube from the bunch, now I am going to place them in a hot pan and fry them until garlic becomes quite softened. As instructed in the video, I will fry them very slowly so that garlic doesn’t burn.

We really require a little bit of patience on this.
Once garlic is done, we are going peel the skins off.

By hand, I mashed my garlic and now I am going to go into my second part of the cooking.

In a hot pan, I added some cooking oil and added onions when the oil became quite hot. Now, I am going to fry them until the onions turn to brownish colour and I will also add my dry chillies.

Once onions turn to the brownish colour I am going add my garlic and stir very well. After a while, I am adding chopped finger chillies and Coriander and rest on the cooker for about 40-50 seconds.
Then adding mustard oil. That’s it, friends, my garlic mashed are done.

King Prawn Malai Curry Video

Welcome to Labony kitchen. Today we are going to cook one of the favourites and a popular curry around the world and this is no other than king prawn malai curry or some people live in call chingri malai Curry.

To cook our king prawn malai curry, the following ingredients we would require:

Ingredients:
King Prawn 500 grams
Chopped Onions
Chopped Tomatoes
Almond Paste
Coconut Paste
Turmeric Powder
Chopped Ginger
Garlic Paste
Chilli Powder
Natural Yogurt
Green Chillies
Clotted Cream / Fresh Malai
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

So let’s go through the cooking full stop I hope you will like it and enjoy the cooking and again thank you so much for staying with me.

In a hot pan I have added some chopped onions and now I’m going to fry them until it becomes golden brown colour.
So, in the coloured onions, I’m adding some chopped ginger, then I will try few seconds.
Then we are going to add the garlic paste into the coloured onions. Now I’m going to add some turmeric powder and we must remember to cook or Malai curry, we have to make the Malai taste very well.

After a while I’m going to add the chopped tomatoes and chili powders comma then I will stir them for some time.

Now I’m going to add a tablespoon full of natural yoghurt. Is there for a second and then I will add my almond paste and coconut paste.

After adding the above ingredients, we are going to cook the pan content very well, so that the raw taste of the ingredients will go away.

No I’m going to add a little bit of salt. Inter after reading the salt, I’m going to add my king prawns. As you can see they were and my friends, that they spices are thoroughly cooked and as soon as I edit my king prawn into the pen content and mixed well that looks gorgeous.

Now, I’m going to add our main ingredients and it is no other than the malai. So, before we are reading it we are going to stay out very well into the pot and then add them. Now, we are going to a stir the content well enough so that all of our spices and king prawns and more lies are mixed together.

Now, we are adding some green chillies which I have chopped in few bits.
Enter so friends as you can see my king prawn malai curry has been cooked and I served on a plate and it looks fantastic.

There is one point I would like to mention and that is king prawns really full of cholesterol, so we have to be careful what we eat to keep our balance guide to the standard we can add some extra salad which is mixed up various types of vegetables.
