A little bit about this recipe: Milk Mawa is a milk powder but not same as normal milk powder, it made from milk full of high milk contents. Although, mawa can be found with less fat that won’t give you same test or texture.
Mawa also is known as khoya or khoa, which a milk byproduct that has much popularity in Bangladeshi, and Indian subcontinent’s desserts. It is quite thicker than regular milk and the consistency can be compared with ricotta cheese or soft Indian cheese.
To make the perfect and pure mawa you would need full fat whole liquid milk. Today I am making #Milk #MawaPowder for the Eid al-Adha.
