Ingredients:
Plain flour: one cup
Yeast
Water
Salt
Pizza base tomato
Mixed pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Tandoori chicken
Black olives
Method:
Step one. First thing first, preheat the oven for 10 minutes in 170C and make a dough using my video here: https://youtu.be/_0oxcYiu4lI
Step two. Spread some flour and place the dough on a surface, make a chapati shaped roti.
Try making it a bit of squared shape.

Step three. Using a fork poke on the dough all over as shown in the video.
Time to add pizza toppings, add tomato base, then mixed pepper, onions if you prefer, tandoori or roast chicken, mozzarella cheese, oregano.

Step four. Because we are making baby pizza, let’s cut and make little individual pieces.

Step five. Add some black olives or olive of your choice. Bake for 15 minutes. Once done, take them out and serve!!
