How to Make Cabbage Soup

Time to cook: 10-20 minutes

Ingredients-
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped garlic: 2-3 cloves
Shredded cabbage: One-fourth cup
Diced tomatoes: One-fourth cup
Vegetable stock: Half cubed (full cubed if prefer)
Finely chopped fresh parsley: One tablespoon
Water

How to cook cabbage soup:
Step one. Add oil on a saucepan, heat up, then add cabbage, garlic, and tomatoes.

Step two: Cook for 6-10 minutes, until all ingredients are softened. Add some water, and cook for some time.

Step three: Add stock and cook for five minutes

Finally, add parsley, and serve!!
