Best chocolate chip cookies recipe

This cookies are just great for vegetarian, lovely textures and tasty to munch. Today, I am showing you how to make cookies in your home. After you make these delicious cookies, freeze them simply eat them whenever you feel like it. Let’s begin.

Serving: Around 12-16 chocolate muffins.
Preparation time: 45-50 minutes
Baking time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients list:
Unsalted butter softened: 275g
Soft light brown sugar: 275g
Granulated sugar: 225g
Vanilla extract: One teaspoon
Eggs: Two
Good-quality milk chocolate: 300g
Plain flour: 460g
Baking powder: One teaspoon
Salt: to taste

Now, how to bake cookies?

Step 1: Take a large bowl, add butter and sugar. Beat well with an electric beater. Beat the until it turns into light colour and smooth.

Step 2: Add eggs, mix them well. Also, add vanilla extract.

Step 3: Take flour and sift them in the mix, add baking powder. Mix well until the mix is completely incorporated. This is the right time to add your chocolate chips or chunks, crush them mix them well. Divide cookies dough in half.

Step 4: Take a large sheet of cling film, wrap well around the dough give it a large sausage shape and seal both ends. Now slice wrapped dough into pieces. You may be able to make around 8-9 pieces of cookies from each dough.

Step 5: Better to keep in the fridge for some time, you make bake it at this point if you want. So, keep in the freezer to chill for around 25-30 minutes.

Step 6: Remove from fridge, and bring the wrapped dough to come to normal temperature. Get your oven preheated to 170 degrees Celcius.

Step 7: Slice the dough and place them on a baking tray. Add a little salt on the top of each cookies, then bake for around 20 minutes or until when you see it’s ready to eat.

Take out baked cookies and cool them down. Enjoy!
