Baking Ovaltine cake is very simple and easy if you follow a few steps as follows:
One cup plain flour
One tbsp cocoa powder
One tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup Ovaltine powder
Three medium-sized eggs
One cup regular sugar
¼ cup or less cooking oil
Two tbsp melted butter
How to bake Ovaltine cake step by step:
Add one cup normal flour, One tbsp cocoa powder, One tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1/8th salt and ½ cup Ovaltine powder in a food processing net (not fishnet!!).
Now, extract out all the lumpy bits and threw them in the bin.
In a bowl, take three eggs with yolk, add one cup table sugar and beat well. Then add ¼ cup or less cooking oil in the mix. Plus, add two tbsp melted butter (this is optional).
While beating the liquid content, add the powdered mix that we extracted earlier but very slowly. Pour the whole mix in a baking tray or loaf tray and and some morobba if you wish. Now, Bake it for 30-35 minutes in a 160 degree celcious temprature.
