ঈদ স্পেশাল পটেটো টফি সমুচা EID SPECIAL POTATO TOFFEE SAMOSA
INGREDIENTS:
For the filling-
One cup boiled chopped potatoes
Two tablespoon semolina
Two tablespoon gram flour
One-fourth cup chopped onions
Fresh chilies
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Cooking oil for deep fry

METHOD:
Step one. In a bowl pour in boiled potatoes, semolina, gram flour, onions, chopped chilies, chopped coriander, salt, and mix well. Now, take some mix and give it a round shape – chom chop sweets type.

Step two. Take some khasta dough, there are few recipes on how to make khasta dough are available in my channel, familiarise yourself if you need. Give them a long chapati shaped and using a cookie cutter, cut them into small round cookie shaped dough.

Step three. Using a pizza cutter or kitchen knife (take extra care when using knife) make two cuts in each cookie dough. Add our round shaped potato filling and roll with the dough as shown in the video.
Step four. Deep fry them and serve!
