Recipe Name: Seekh Kebab often known as #Shishkebab
Origin: Turkey, Armenia, Indian subcontinent and the Middle East.

A little bit about this recipe: It is a popular grilled cube of beef, goat or other types of meat. Shish kebab is very much similar to shashlik.
Serving: 3-5 person
Preparation time: 1-2 hours
Cooking time: 30-50 minutes

Ingredients List:
200 Grams beef tenderised with the meat hammer
For the paste:
3 Tbsp fried onions
1/3 Cup natural yoghurt
½ Tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1 Tbsp cumin seeds powder
½ Tsp garam masala powder
½ Tsp dried chilli powder
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
A pinch of mace powder
Salt to taste
½ Tsp white pepper powder
½ Tsp meat tenderiser or fresh papaya
1.5 Tbsp mustard oil
Rest for 10 minutes
1 Tbsp pure honey
